If you possess a faulty product and would like to return it to a Gulmay service centre for inspection and repair please complete the following return materials authorisation (RMA) form.
No shipment will be accepted without a RMA.
No RMA will be processed without confirmation of type of service expected.
Gulmay does not cover damages as a result of transportation. If the unit is received damaged, notification will be sent out to you by return.
An RMA is no longer valid passed expiration date.
