Available in 90kV, 8W (JIMA resolution better than 5 micron) and 130kV, 65W (JIMA resolution better than 8 micron) configurations, the new GMF integrated sources offer exceptional imaging performance that is perfectly suited to a wide range of microfocus imaging requirements, from batteries to precision parts and electronics component imaging.
GMF series microfocus generators are supplied with GUI based control software for standalone operation while OEM system integration is easily achieved using the standard communication protocol set.
